About Goat Meat
Goats are available by the whole goat. I can have it cut and wrapped or you can take it to your local neighborhood butcher.
Goat meat custom processed (field harvest)for owners only, a signed membership agreement is required. When processed in a U.S.D.A. inspected plant no membership is required.
Post your deposit for fresh goat meat and the balance is due upon pick-up. Goats are available by the whole goat and 1/2 goat.
Small heritage goat will yeild about 25lbs
Medium heritage goat will yeild about 33lbs
Large heritage goat will yeild about 40lbs
Make as many selections as you like: example: Small Goat + U.S.D.A. Inpected + Kosher
Goat meat cuts: You can have your goat whole, 1/2 or cut and wrapped into small easy to manage packages. Please let me know. The prices are the same, $10.00lb with or without extra services.

Raw, unpastuerized, non homogenized raw goat milk is from Anglo-Nubian Goats.

NOTE: We do not ship raw dairy outside of California, it is prohibited to transport raw dairy across state lines.
