C.S.A. protein baskets are shipped out once monthly, shipping days are Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays unless a holiday, then they are shipped out 6-7 business days after.
Place subscription order for pick-up, between the 1st through the 23rd of each month.
Orders placed between the 1st through the 23rd of the month, for shipping: will be shipped within the first 2 weeks of the new month

NOTE: Meats, pork, lamb, goat, beef and poultry do NOT freeze at 32 degrees F. Meats begin to freeze at temperatures below 27 degrees F.
Our meats are fresh-chilled immediately upon final packaging, 29-33 degrees F for 12 hours, prior to farm pick-up. We offer the freshest meats on today's market, guaranteed, and with NO preservatives. "Doing It Natures Way"
