Shares are available in 3 month blocks, you may select as many months as you need.

CSA boxes are shipped on the 1st Monday of each month. Expected to arrive on or before Wednesday.

We harvest just before shipping. Guaranteed California fresh! The freshest poultry on todays market. Packaged w/ feet & necks attached. No giblets promised.
