Rainbow Ranch Farms operations continue but, delivery times may be longer than usual.
1. Can I place an order? Will Rainbow Ranch Farms deliver the package?
Yes, Rainbow Ranch Farms operations are essential and, are currently continuing. However, delivery times may be longer than usual.
2. We are working to source all of our personal protective gear, packaging and, shipping supplies from trustworthy, USA sources.
3. Why are some orders taking longer to ship?
As COVID-19 has spread, we have seen an increase in people shopping online. To serve our customers while also helping to ensure the safety of our customers and, associates, we are changing our logistics, transportation, inventory supply chain (packaging materials) and, processes to further prioritize our customers needs. This has resulted in slight delays in our processing schedules and, some of our delivery promises being longer than usual. We're also hiring more associates to enable us to provide more vital services, faster delivery and safer systems to ensure the safety of our valued customers and, especially for the elderly and, those with underlying health conditions, who are most vulnerable. For faster service and, more efficient, safer working systems, we have temporarily suspended our public (non-member) online store and, encourage you to join our membership program, with full access to all our farm and ranch products. We deliver nationwide and, offer pick-up at the farm in Pinon Hills, California 92372.
4. Is it possible to reduce contact with drivers when they deliver my orders?
Yes. Rainbow Ranch Farms delivery partners have been advised to reduce contact with customers by placing packages at the customer's doorstep, stepping back and, we have requested that all packages that previously required signatures, be 100% waived. In addition, we have also waived identification for deliveries.
5. Why do I have to sign up to shop, order or, subscribe to CSA shares on Rainbow Ranch Farms?
Health and safety is our top priority. Due to unprecedented demand, limited supply and, increased bio-safety measures on our farms, ranches and farm stands, we are temporarily asking new Rainbow Ranch Farms customers to sign up by this invitation to join RRF as a member. We are happy to extend our invitation to you, giving you exclusive access to online produce, grocery, meat, poultry and eggs delivery and pickup services. As we increase capacity for processing, packaging, delivery and pickup, we will invite more customers to shop online. When you sign up and join our farm; as a member, we welcome those who are able shop in person safely, to shop at our farm stand, by appointment.
