Did you know that food allergy testing is not always accurate? It's true. Food related allergies are very difficult to diagnose.

And, in my experience,  pure food is most often not the culprit in food related allergies and sensitivities.

There are highly specific food safety rules, regulations and laws which govern ALL FOOD PRODUCTION, not just the conventionally grown methods but also those labeled Certified Organic.

Unless you are a professional farmer, rancher, food producer or processor; there are food safety protocols that you may be unaware of. Some or even most of these processes (herbicides, pesticides, germicides, salts, preservatives, antibacterials and other NON-labeled additives which could be affecting your health.

Most grains (including those labeled as Certified Organic,  wheat flour, hard wheat, barley, soy, rye and corn) are subject to very specific strains of deadly, highly poisonous types of fungus. USDA food safety regulators make sure that Americans do not get sick immediately after consuming these products. The United States allows 290 times the amounts of acceptable aflatoxin levels in foods than any other country worldwide.

Study Link and Quote "The scientists analyzed lymphocyte proliferation in the two groups of rats. They did this through the use of a cell culture medium composed of either fetal calf serum (FCS) or the rat’s own serum (RS). They stimulated rat lymphocyte cells in each culture medium with a chemical known to trigger cell division in order to mimic the proliferative response."

"They found no differences in the proliferative response of lymphocytes cultured with FCS in rats fed organic versus conventional wheat, under either well-fed or PEM conditions. The proliferative response of lymphocytes cultured with the rat’s own serum, however, was depressed in PEM rats on conventional feed compared to the animals fed organic wheat."

The authors attribute the effect to pesticides and possibly other contaminants in the conventionally grown wheat."

One of the methods used to control (not kill) some of the more toxic fungus strains is through ionizing radiation.
