Why are so many farmers feeding barley to their livestock? Barley is found in most corn-free poultry and pig feeds, wheat-free and in soy-free feeds too. Barley is also one of those grains that is contaminated with Mycotoxins, and Mycotoxins are treated with ionizing radiation. That does not seem like something I want to eat. It just makes sense that I would not feed this to our livestock either.

Food service organisations, along with all packaged food suppliers, must provide information on the 14 everyday allergens such as gluten, wheat, milk, soya, nuts and celery to customers.
