Introduction: If you suspect kidney problems, prompt medical attention is crucial. This article offers informational insights but does not replace professional medical advice. In emergencies, dial 911 immediately.

Understanding Kidney Stones:

Kidney stones, often composed of calcium deposits, can form when dietary calcium accumulates in the body instead of being absorbed by bones. Oxalates from certain foods can exacerbate stone formation. A citrate deficiency can lead to kidney stones.

Nutritional Factors in Stone Prevention:

Vitamins D3 and K2 aid in calcium transportation to bones, while calcium citrate can bind to urinary calcium, reducing stone size and preventing crystal growth. The Mayo Clinic recommends obtaining calcium from food sources and suggests citrus juices to increase urinary citrate levels.

The Role of Kidneys:

Kidneys are vital organs responsible for filtration, hormone regulation, and toxin removal. Consuming foods laden with artificial additives, table salts, vaccines, antibiotics, grains, sugars, and environmental toxins can strain kidney function.

Risks and Complications:

Untreated kidney stones can lead to urinary tract infections and, in severe cases, sepsis. Personal experiences underscore the seriousness of kidney-related conditions and the importance of proactive management.

Facts and Insights:

The body naturally produces some oxalates, with a significant portion excreted through urine. Understanding this process can inform dietary choices and preventive measures.

Personal Strategies for Kidney Health:

Opting for organic, drug-free, vaccine-free heirloom meats, poultry eggs and other whole protein sources has worked for me. I also take fresh lemon juice every day to help my bones absorb dietary calcium. I avoid 99% of all leafy greens, vegetables, fruits, wheat, legumes and sugars with very few exceptions. I take calcium citrate and drink distilled and reverse osmosis water with a pinch of pink salts and potassium for electrolytes. I get most of my nutrients from the whole foods that I eat, and this has worked for my kidney health. I'm very happy with the results.

Conclusion:

Despite past challenges, proactive lifestyle changes have led to significant improvements in kidney health. Continued education and commitment to a kidney-friendly diet offer hope for maintaining overall well-being.
